SERVICE
What-a-bliss is too happy to provide a thorough cleaning of its
clients’ homes or offices conforming to the clients’
requirements and instructions and committing itself to quality,
attention to detail and professional service.
Please note that our service providers do not use ladders or move
anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put them
at danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If
you would like us to clean behind appliances like a fridge, oven
or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access
to the desired area.
Bleach
We do not encourage our service providers to use bleach in your
home. If you request them to use bleach supplied in your home,
please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage
caused by it.
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
What-a-bliss is fully insured. Our liability limits are
set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on
the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must
be made within 24 hours of service.
Items
excluded from liability are; cash, jewelry, one-of-a-kind items
or hard to get items; items of sentimental value, art, antiques
and electronics.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments
For your convenience, What-a-bliss gladly accepts the following
forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa, cash or check. Customers will
need to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. One-time
cleanings and carpet cleaning services require a credit card payment.
A £15 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not
made on the scheduled service day, and a £30 fee is
applied to all returned checks.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service,
we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we would like you
to be fully satisfied with What-a-bliss and that is why if you
contact us within 24 hours of your clean we will send someone
to attend to your problem.
Tipping
Tipping is a client's personal choice. Remember appreciation of
someone's work could be expressed in different ways and it is
not necessary for it to be monetary. A personal note could mean
a great deal to someone who has dedicated his/her work to your
satisfaction and comfort.
CANCELLATION
If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day,
please notify us at least 24 before the scheduled day. If What-a-bliss
receives less than 24 hours notice, or can't access your home,
it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning.
By
entering into a service agreement with What-a-bliss, you agree
not to hire a present or past service provider introduced to you
by What-a-bliss for any home-related service. If you do wish to
employ such a person, our referral fee is £1500.
