SHORT HAIRED GERMAN POINTERS

This is one of the most versatile gundogs. It was originally bred to be an all round gundog . It is a very intelligent animal, that is able to track its prey, wait for the owner, [hence the point], and  retrieve on land or water.

The icing on the cake is this dog, is a truly stunning  looking dog, with bags of energy. 

However these dogs are not for people that do not want at least a six mile hike every day to run of some of their endless energy.

A bored SGP, can become very destructive. 

To date we have now owned no less than five, the heart breaking news is be prepared to lose them when they reach 8 - 10 years old
