Set in a peaceful location, within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Old Stable, Coppy House Farm, is situated on the fringe of the Forest of Bowland 3 miles from the picturesque dales villages of Clapham  and Austwick in the heart of the three peaks country

This recent conversion of a lovely old stable has resulted in a 2 bedroom detached property of great character and charm. In an elevated rural position, the superb outlook gives spectacular long distance views over the Wenning valley towards Ingleborough and Pen Y Ghent.

Sleeps 4 to 6.

The Old Stable is fitted with full oil fired central heating with a multi fuel stove in the living room. The electric, oil, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rates. Outside there is a carport for 2 cars and a large enclosed garden with patio area, barbecue and summer house, with outside furniture. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome if kept under strict control. This is a working sheep and beef farm

Smoking is allowed downstairs only.

The owners of the old stable Mick and Gill Fell live across the farmyard and provide a warm welcome to all visitors.

 

Both Austwick & Clapham offer a village shop post office and pub and make the ideal base for walking, climbing or pot holing. 

Bentham, only 5 miles away offers a superb 18 hole golf course. The market town of Settle 7 miles away offers supermarket facilities and is the starting point of the famous Settle to Carlisle Railway

 Ingleton, only 5 miles away, has the beautiful waterfalls and White Scar caves. 

Morecambe and the lake district are with in a 45 minute drive away..
