Visitors to the Holiday Flat can be assured of a genuine warm Yorkshire welcome by myself and my wife. As the resident landlord and landlady, we can guarantee that your needs can be catered for with the minimum of fuss. It is this high level of personal service that has encouraged visitors to come back to us again and again.The flat consists of:
* A fully equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, refridgerator, microwave oven, and a washing machine.
* A large bed/sitting room which can sleep a family of up to 5 people. The contents of the room include a television set and video recorder, a dining table and chairs, and a setee.
* A bathroom containing a toilet, a wash basin and a large bath.
* A spacious under stair storeroom.
All fuel, linen and towels are provided, along with complementary tea, coffee and milk etc. Secure off street parking is available free of charge.
The flat is totally self contained and is situated in a quiet street, yet is ideally located just a minute's walk from the sea front and town centre with it's many shops, pubs and restaurants.
