We are dedicated to the conservation and improvement of all the natural habitats in our area, for the benefit of everyone who enjoys wildlife and nature. TeRNS works in partnership with the Abney Park Trust, the British Trust for Ornithology, Butterfly Conservation, the London Natural History Society, and Thames Water, and advises the London Borough of Hackney. We have recorded more than 120 bird, and over 20 butterfly, species in Stoke Newington - good figures for a metropolitan area. Newington nature Our recording and reporting area is bordered by Stoke Newington Church Street, Green Lanes, Seven Sisters Road, Amhurst Park, Holmleigh Cuttings Nature Reserve (East Bank), and Stamford Hill, Hackney. | ||||||||
