Parking.When you visit St Ives you will notice that parking is limited.
Richford flats are adjacent to Park Avenue long stay car park, and close to the Trewidden car park (1000space), both reasonably priced (£21 per week in 2005).
It is worth mentioning that if the ticket for long stay parking in St Ives is purchased at the Railway station or Trewidden car park, it can be used in any of the long stay car parks in Penwith.

By Car
Follow signs for town centre then turn left at Nat West bank. Follow Gabriel Street until you reach the mini roundabout. Turn left and Richford is the first house on the right after the car park.
There is short term parking outside for unloading. You may then use the long stay car park next to the property.

By Train or Bus
Walk uphill from the train station to the main road outside the bus station.
Turn right and follow the road until you come to the Catholic church. You will see a telephone kiosk on the opposite side of the road. Cross over and head up the steps between the shop and the telephone box. At the top of the steps, turn right onto Tregenna terrace. Follow this road which leads onto Park Avenue. Continue until you come to Harbour View Bed and Breakfast. Just past here you will see two steps on your left. Go up the steps and follow the path to the gate at the very end. This will lead into Richford.
