10th January - Happy New Year to all our visitors! Hope that you have had a good start to the New Year? I have duplicated the last entries of last year's 'what's New,' as they are still relevant.

The club's 2003 swimming diary is now available,[You can open the file with virtually any text editor on your computer] and will be updated as and when with any new gala's our swimmers are involved in.

Our first Gala of the New Year will be the Speedo League at the Harrogate Hydro Pool on Sunday 12th January, 1.00pm for 2.00pm start - See you there!

Don't forget our A/B Gala details will be available very soon, but could I remind you all that the event does fill up very quickly each year, and you are reminded to get your entries in well ahead of the official closing date [5th May 03] to avoid disappointment. As each year, the entries are taken on a first-come-first-served basis.

Our swimmers involved in the Inter-Divisional School's Relay Finals held in Ipswich, have been further boosted by the news that the Sixth-Form College Girl's team has been selected to participate, and the excellent news that the Boys Freestyle relay team are seeded 3rd overall from all the Colleges in the UK! They will be competing on Saturday 8th February - The same weekend as the Yorkshire Senior/Junior Champs at Leeds. Some of the swimmers will be competing in Leeds on the Sunday, after their swim in Ipswich on the Saturday!

There have been a number of small updates to the swimmer's best times pages, so you may wish to check to see if I have your best times listed! [ Male Female and Junior pages]

I have made a page for the Ridings/Pocks and Friendly League Galas and this page will tell you where the gala is to be held as well as the warm up and start times [ie 5.30 for 6 etc.]

I have received a number of queries asking for information regarding our A/B Gala in June. We have a committee meeting at the end of this month, and information such as entry costs, times etc. should become available. I do believe that the actual format of the gala will follow that of last year ie. the same events.

On the openwater front, I have also received information from the BLDSA namely: The B.L.D.S.A. Website has now been updated and the Calendar for 2003 and membership forms are now available. The 2 B.L.D.S.A. sites have been merged and the address of the Official BLDSA Website is: http://www.bldsa.org.uk

It now looks likely that only the boys team will be representing Yorkshire at the forthcoming School's Finals in Ipswich on February 9th. The Girl's team has been let down by the withdrawal of one of our Girls, which is very disappointing for the other girls who were very much looking forward to swimming in this competition. Dedication is not what it used to be!

Our next big challenge will be the Speedo League in Harrogate on the 12th January, when we try and compete with our big city neighbours! Teams that will be swimming are: Cities of Leeds, Wakefield and York, and the Borough of Barnsley, Doncaster, Harrogate, and Teeside [Middlesbrough]

19th January 2003 - The report for the Speedo League encounter in Harrogate is available. Although the result of the gala did not favour the club, there were many fine performances at the gala, and the details can be found on the report page. There were a number of Personal best times recorded too, and these will included on their respective times' pages soon.

Our next Committee meeting will be on January 21st, and we are currently working on the club's new constitution, which meets with the requirements of the ASA. A copy of the document will be made available on these pages in due course.

I have received a draft copy of the Yorkshire Junior/Senior entries, [February 8th/9th] All the entries I received are shown and entries are correct. You are reminded that entries for the next round of Yorkshire events must returned to me by the 31st January to ensure entry.

1st February 2003 - The A/B gala details are available. You can view the entry cut-off times as well as download entry forms.[in winzip form or windows excel docs, or self extracting file] For those who will be coming to our gala and have perhaps not yet found accommodation, please try out the hotels listed on our accommodation page.

The club has had a great first Gala in the Ridings Div' 1, and won it placing champions South Holderness into second place. Read about it here.

Aaron Yeoman successfully completed a National Open Water/Long Distance Training Camp organised by the ASA at Crystal Palace Sports Centre, North London. During the weekend, he swam over 50km!

Once again, John Hargreaves has rejoined the ranks, and the club welcomes the inclusion of 'IN THE FAST LANE' magazine. Read the January 2003 edition.

3rd February 2003 - A number of you eagle-eyed people out there noticed that on the entry-forms for our A/B gala, they were displaying the incorrect dates. This was because I did not change the header of the page. I have now! Anyone who has downloaded a copy of the old version ie between 1st Feb. and 1100 on the 3rd Feb., may need to change the excel file header to read the correct date, or indeed, download the corrected form. For those without excel or winzip, or such like program, you might want to get all the files in one go by downloading a handy executable file

Anyway, sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thanks to James Richards for pointing the matter out to me.

Many of our swimmers have been involved in a designated meet in Harrogate over the last weekend [1/2 Feb.] I hope to have a report available soon [when I get all the results] I will also be updating our swimmer's PB times on their respective pages to reflect this weekend and the ridings league gala from last week.

6th February 2003 - I hope that people are managing to download the files for our A/B gala okay?

We now have another address, hopefully to make it easier for people to remember the web address, and that is:

http://www.wiz.to/scarboroughswim/

You can just type in : wiz.to/scarboroughswim into your browser, and the browser will take care of the http: etc. Why not give it a go!

PB's have still to be done as per the last entry -[Work is getting in the way of my hobby! - oh yes, not forgetting the swimmers' contracts I'm also working on!] I am still working on the issue of our recently revived magazine 'In the fast lane' and this should be available soon.....soon. [fingers crossed etc.]

Our swimmers travel to Ipswich to represent their College in the College/School finals this weekend. Representatives are: Aaron Yeoman, Alistair Mills, Tom Hargreaves, Mark Hepples, Sean Hodgson, Katie Sowersby and Katherine Green. We wish them well! - Didn't they do well? The lads are the National Runner's up to a College of 'full-time' sports people, who just happen to do a little bit of learning too.

18th February 2003 - I've finally got the write-up done for the School's relay gala from Ipswich. I've also update the swimming diary to include open water events. The magazine ' In the fast lane' will soon be on display too! I have updated the swimmer's PB times etc. The results, a Word document, from the Yorkshire Senior/Juniors can be found here, and a report is available too. Also completed is the Harrogate Designated from 1/2nd Feb. [Spot the differences from this report and the one that appears in the Scarborough Evening News.

6th March 2003 - The Pocklington Times and Ridings Division 3 finally got started, with reports appearing at the links. A badge-night was also held for mainly our junior swimmers, and you can read how they did here. Many of the swimmers, especially the younger ones, set many personal best times throughout the two galas, and their times have been changed on the PB swimmers' web pages. There has been another Open Water Grand Prix event added - up in Scotland - Lochore Meadows Country Park Loch proposed for the 14th June 2003 Distance 3.3 km [funny distance] I have also updated the results page to reflect the last two galas. Don't forget, all the Ridings Division 1 reports can also be found.

8th March 2003 - Just a quick reminder to our club members from Steve Roberts " Harrogate and the Jorvik B Grade at York, need to be to me by Thursday 27th March" so, if you intend going to these two galas, why not see Steve at Club night on Thursday and get your entry in. You can always email him too. The full details are on display on the Club's notice board in the entrance to the pool.

13th March 2003 - Breaking news that our A/B gala is now been licensed by NECASA, and therefore all swimmer's who are in our district will have their times will be included on the NECASA Rankings website. There were some excellent swims from our youngsters during the first of the Yorkshire Bagcat Champs over last weekend, and I have also updated our club officer's page, and also added some results from Pocklington Div's 2 and 3 for your interest. The swimmer's time pages have also been updated to reflect the resent Yorkshires too.

17th March 2003 - The club recently held a badge session for our younger swimmers, read how they did here. Our club was again in Pocklington League action [15th]and although a number of PB's were achieved, the result leaves the team needing to do well at the remaining galas to avoid relegation for the first time. You can read how we did on the Pocklington page.

20th March 2003 - I finally managed to get produced, a word document for our magazine 'In the Fast Lane,' January's edition. I have scanned in the printed version of the document, and the quality is quite good - even the picture of our coach giving out his instructions! I know that quite a large number of people like reading this production, which is edited by John Hargreaves. It looks like our 'home' Pocklington gala will now be held at Bridlington, due to the non-availability of our own pool! The next major project for me to get on with will be the revamping of the main home page. Yorkshires this coming weekend, reports to follow on our swimmer's performances.

1st April 2003 - Just to inform our many readers that our A/B Gala entries have now closed - we have reached the maximum number we legally take. If you are in any doubt as to your team's entries, please contact the A/B gala secretary, Mrs Cynthia Harvey on 01723 864020.

6th April 2003 - The club has been very active as of late, with swimmers taking part in the Yorkshire BAGCAT champs at Leeds, as well as a recent Ridings league Div 1 gala. Aaron Yeoman took part in his 10th National Swimathon event, where he again raised money for their charity [Breast cancer] and achieved a very creditable time of 59.12 for the 5km event. The Friendly league page has been updated too, as have the PB pages. The last of the Yorkshire British Age Group Categories - BAGCAT to you! - championships was held yesterday in Sheffield, and you can read how our swimmers did.

6th May 2003 - Sorry about the detail in updating the website - I now have a new computer, and there was some delay while I updated all my files/software etc. [There - made my excuse!]

My I say how disappointed that our club was to have turned away some clubs and swimmers from our A/B Gala this year. Our deepest apologies and regrets go to: South Axholme, Middlesbrough
Scarborough Kingfishers, Swans St Neots and our other nearby neighbours, Bridlington.
Plus some individual entries (not sent with the bulk ones) from Grimsby Santa Marina,Doncaster Dartes, and the Borough of Barnsley.

In particular, we feel deeply for St Neots, especially when they had booked the hotel accommodation and transport.

Scarborough Kingfishers, our very near cousins, have recently given Scarborough some bad publicity. They wrote to the local press complaining about the way they feel they have been treated. They feel that their club should have received some form of preferential treatment and we should have let them into the gala. They believe that we should have let them into the gala in the interest of local swimming. They also believe that we have deliberately set out to prevent their entry into our gala. This is utter nonsense, and all I can say to the Kingfisher's club is to please get your entries off in good time next year! I only wish we had a 50 metre pool here in Scarborough, and we could then perhaps cater for many more at our gala.

Even after many warnings to various members of their club that entries were filling quickly, they simply did not get their entries [using the first-come, first-served rule] in time. We simply could not have taken any more entries due to Health and Safety restraints in force within the swimming pool, which have been imposed by the local authority. It would have been particularly unfair on the other teams mentioned above who actually got their entries in before Kingfishers!

Next year, as the entries fill up, I propose to have an indicator on the A/B Page, listing clubs whose entries have been received, so that clubs can see if they need to get their entries in quickly! Plus it may be a good idea to phone the competition secretary to check on the actual number of entries that are left.

Our swimmers have been active at the 1st Hull Designated Meet, as well as the Harrogate Spa Meet. As I speak, swimmers are making their way home from Sheffield, where again, many have been in action in the NECASA Youth Championships. I am waiting on the results. Taking place at the same time, was the North Eastern Counties 5km Championships, where we had two of our open water swimmers competing, Adam Harvey and Aaron Yeoman.

I can confirm that Aaron has retained the trophy and become North East Counties 5km Champion for the second year running by winning in a time of 61:06. Adam Harvey did not disappoint and took the Silver medal in 62:40, piping Bradford's Omar Hussain, who claimed third place in 63:33. A report will also appear here when the results are in from the North Eastern Counties Youth Championships.

There will also be photographs available, which were taken at Hull, Harrogate and Sheffield by yours truly and Linda Mills. They will appear soon, and a link will follow shortly!

13th May 2003 - Congratulations go to both Aaron Yeoman and Laurence Mills who attended a Civic Reception for Emma Richards, who sailed around the world single handed. They both accepted the kind invitation from Scarborough's Mayor Sheila Kettlewell, and attend Scarborough's town hall where they met the intrepid Miss Richards.

For those of you who missed my reply to the Evening News regarding our recent bad publicity, please feel free to have a read here. Our swimmers have been taking part in the Ridings Division 3, where the Storm team were in action. results and writeup will appear here soon.

I have also updated the riding's record pages for all three divisions, now I have received the latest information from Bert Slater, the Scarborough and District Secretary [and stand in Chairman/President!]

Which brings me onto a sad note - We recently learned that a good friend of Scarborough Swimming club, Geoff Richardson from Malton, is quite ill at present, and all our thoughts and kind wishes go to him during these difficult times, as we wish him a speedy recovery.

I have quite a number of club records to update, and will try and tackle these over the coming few days, along with putting up the photo's as promised.

Congratulations go to Alistair Mills who achieved the National qualifying times for the 50m and 200m Backstroke events at the recently held NECASA Youth Championships. A report for the Harrogate Spa Meet can be found here.

Our swimmers also recently competed in a friendly league gala, as well at attended the Jorvik gala. Hopefully, reports will appear for these two galas soon.

22/5/2003 - I have been working on the 'latest news' box on the main page, and have had a few troubles but thing I've cracked it now. Pictures are being worked on from many of our galas - Hull, Harrogate, NECASA Sheffield Sprints, 5Km and Team Champs. I have still to get the friendly league report written and now there is a Ridings 'Storm' gala been and gone. Reports to appear here soon.

27/5/2003 - Another update for you. The Pocklington report [24 May] is available, as is the Ridings Storm report, a small writeup regarding the Friendly league gala on the 3rd May, although I don't have the result of this - anyone? I have also updated the badges page for our younger swimmers, and have updated the Boys,Girls, Juniors with many PB times [I've still to go through the NECASA results but the Pocks/Ridings have been added]. [Links on main page] A photograph page is now provided, although I have only the small photo's at present [I need to upload the bigger images!]

1/6/2003 - Draft Programme of events is available from the gala webpage, as is some minor rule changes to those displayed on the webpage. A number of our swimmers have been up to Middlesbrough, and there have been a number of good swims, results will appear here in due course. Laurence and Gareth Mills are the 12 and 10 year old Top boy from the weekend's efforts. Both Tom Hargreaves and Adam Harvey also have things to celebrate. More to come later. Event winners can be found here. [word document]

2/6/2003 - As the open water season is now with us, A Grand Prix page is available, where all the reports will appear, and now available, all downloadable entry forms for all 8 Grand Prix events. The Necasa Youth Championships report can also be found at swimgala2003 I notice the link to the Necasa 5km champs which Aaron Yeoman was not working. For those who wish to read all about here, don't be disappointed it's now here. The Records for the A/B gala, 1997-2002 in Word format can now be had here. See if your swimmer will lower our open records further! I also aim to sort out the results from last year, so that people can check and compare if they wish.

I have received a full set of results from Middlesbrough [Thanks Lynda Mills] and will be working on a report over the next few days.

4th June 2003 - The gala is ever-looming! A big 'thank-you' and special mention goes to Doncaster Dartes in providing a number of Judges for the week-end!

The warm-up times are now provided in the form of a downloadable word document Don't forget also that the Programme is available too to enable you to check your entries! This will probably be my last entry before the weekend, so it just leaves me with the chance to say we are looking forward to your company over the forthcoming weekend, and hope that you enjoy your time in Scarborough, and the hospitality of Scarborough Swimming Club.

8th June 2003 - The results from our gala can be found on this link - 'Scarborough A & B 7th/8th June 2003' Please note that the results are in Microsoft excel format, so you will need this installed on your computer to view the results properly.

We really hope that you all had a great weekend of swimming, as well as visiting our town! I cannot emphasise enough the words of our announcer, Chris Rhodes, 'make sure you get your entries in early next year, as this gala is a very popular one! Please visit our website often!

If you have any criticism of the way something went, please let us know so we can improve it next year! We do try to make your gala an enjoyable one!! Praises will equally do! :-)

16th June 2003 - Aaron Yeoman and Adam Harvey were busy competing in the British Open Water Grand Prix in Scotland, with many of our swimmers taking part in the BLDSA Wykeham Lake event. An open-water 2003 page has been created and hopefully a report, and further open water [less Grand Prix] events will appear on this page. The report for the first Grand Prix event is available. There is also a new page for other galas such as the Middlesbrough and Jorvik meets, and this page can be found here.

I have quite a number of photo's taken at the A/B, which I hope to get onto the website soon - Thanks again to Lynda Mills for the photos. Please bear with me on these. The report for the gala can be found here. Many new PB times for all swimmers have also updated.

Both Aaron and Adam will be busy again this coming weekend, 21-22nd, when they travel to the Royal Albert Docks in London Docklands for the British 5km Championships and the British Grand Prix event. Adam is even down for the 10km event too! - Results to come to this website next week.

18th June 2003 - I've published two web reports now for the Middlesbrough [30 May-01 June] meet as well as the Jorvik meet [10th May] The A/B records have also been upgraded to reflect this year's gala. A report can also be read for the recently held BLDSA Wykeham Lake Swim, 14th June. A number of our swimmer did very well. Well done to them all!

More reports to follow from the British Grand Prix Open water events from next weekend, as well as swimmers taking part in the Scottish National open and Age Group championships in Glasgow, also over the forthcoming weekend.

28th June 2003 - A busy period for Scarborough Swimming Club means a busy time for me! This week is no exception, with the Open Water Season in full swing, and swimmers attending gala's around the North and Scotland. The club was also in action in the Riding's Division 3, where the very depleted 'Storm' team, could only raise a slight breeze this time, due to all of their open swimmers swimming elsewhere. Result to come for this gala. Results from the British Open Water 5km,10km,3km and Grand Prix events can be all found on the respective links. Scottish National Champs and Age Groups can be found as can the first round of the NECASA Champs from 14/15th June 03. The points for the Grand Prix after two events, can be viewed here. Many of the swimmer's times have also been updated. There are still a number of photo's that will appear on the Open Water Grand Prix pages, as well as photo's taken from our A/B Gala. [Watch this space again please!]

30th June 2003 - Laurence and Gareth Mills had success at the NECASA's at Pond's Forge over the weekend, with both claiming medals. Adam Harvey was in BLDSA Open Water Action and come away with trophies. I have also put up the A/B results in Webpage format [HTML] and it makes it much easier to obtain the results.

7th July 2003 - Another busy week for our Open Water Swimmers, with two British Open water Grand Prix events [North Eastern Counties Open Water Champs]

Aaron Yeoman secured a Gold and Silver medal, with Adam Harvey winning a Silver and Bronze medal. Aaron is now sitting proudly at the top of the Grand Prix leaderboard with 79 points, and Adam in 4th place with 49 points. Both will be in action again the forthcoming two weekends at Loch Lubnaig, and then at Bosworth Water on the 20th.

14th July 2003 - Aaron Yeoman [1:10.37] secured victory in the 4 mile Scottish Open Water Championships over the weekend, and beat the British Open water 10km and Scottish Champion, 28 year old James Leitch. Adam Harvey [1:15.03]took the Bronze medal. I managed to put up some photos - I still have outstanding ones form other events!

The club were also in Ridings league action at Ryedale, with the team winning the event. Results to follow for this event.

The open water season continues with the Grand Prix now moving to Bosworth Water this coming weekend.

17th July 2003 - With Summer looming, and the National Championships on, think about the Yorkshire Winter championships on 11th/12th October at Ponds Forge. Please find downloadable entry forms. Please ensure they get back to me by Thursday 2nd September. - More Nationals and Open water reports to come soon.

22nd July 2003 - The Open Water Grand Prix event proved a good one for Aaron Yeoman, where he won the 5km event in 61.15, with teammate Adam Harvey in 3rd, 63.37. With one event remaining, Salford Quays on the second of August, the championships go to the wire with Aaron and James both with 3 wins and 2 second places each. If either one wins, then they will become champion. If neither wins, then they share the top spot.

11th August 2003 - A busy time this last few weeks, with Open Water events in the British Grand Prix as well as BLDSA events taking place. Our Boy's 16-18 yr's 4 x200m Relay team enjoyed their day in Sheffield [ranked 20th] taking part in the Nationals, as did both Laurence and Alistair Mills. Julie Owen swam for Hull and they also enjoyed success in their event. Aaron Yeoman came 2nd in the British Grand Prix, and through his success in the British Championships back in June where he was placed 5th for the 5km event, he has been selected to represent England during the forthcoming French National Open Water championships in Bellecin, near Lyon, France. He travels on the 13th August and returns on Monday 17th August, and will be competing in both the 5km and 10km events. The report has been be completed for the Ridings Div 1 meet which took place last month - Things are looking good for us to win the title once again, and there were a number of records broken by our swimmers too! Reports for the Salford Grand Prix event are also available, as is the final points and placings for the Grand Prix. Our swimmers are now looking forward for the Open water championships to be held at Holme Pierrepont during the August Bank Holiday. A number of our swimmers also participated in the BLDSA event at Llyn Padarn in Wales, and the club came away with best Junior team, and Adam Harvey won the 2 mile event. 31st August 2003 - Just returned from Nottingham where the Scottish Eastern district won the Age group team event, with Scottish West district second, Northumberland and Durham third, and Yorkshire fourth. Report available.

24th September 2003 - Scarborough club has clinched the Ridings Division 1 title for the 4th time in the last six years. For coming first in his age group [2nd throughout the Country!] during the Swimathon which took part in March of this year, Aaron Yeoman has been invited to attend an awards ceremony by the organisers, Butlins, during the weekend commencing 3rd October, where he will be presented with his award by the Ex-England Olympic Gold Medal winner, Duncan Goodhew.

2nd October 2003 - I have updated all the Ridings Divisions 1-3 [courtesy of Bert Slater] and Pocklington Division 1 results/writeup pages. Scarborough will be relegated from Pock's Div' 1 for the first time in nine years, and the Riding's Storm team will find themselves in the new Ridings Division 4 next season. Our cousins, Scarborough Kingfishers, have won the Pocklington Division 2 title, but their promotion into the first division still remains in the balance, as they wish to enter a team into next year's division 4, and may not be allowed to take their place in Division 1.

22nd October 2003 - All readers please make a note in your diaries, as our club's A & B Seaside gala will be taking place on the 19th and 20th June 2004 - slightly later than usual in the Month. As we had to turn away clubs from last year's event, we are trying our best to disappoint as few as possible this year. All details will become available on our website A & B gala page when it becomes available. It is envisaged that further information will become available in January 2004.

Our club has started its annual Championships, and as always, they are spread over a number of weeks to allow the maximum participation. Four events have been run so far, namely the Boys/Girls 200m/800m and 1500m events. Writeup and results can be found here.

6th November 2003 - It's been quite busy at our club this past two weeks, much to do, but I do want to get the Ridings Championship Results published - download here. [excel document]

There will be the Club championship write-up soon, as well as the last of the Pocklington league gala's. Plus the league results page has been updated accordingly, as has the swimmers times pages. ( I even managed to get the 14 year olds out of the 13/u page!) Again, the Club championship results can be found here. Write up to follow later.

11th November 2003 - After analysing the Ridings results, Scarborough club broke ten records and was the only club to lower any records! Club championship report, which will appear in the Scarborough Evening News can be read here. Our club has a number of nominees in the Scarborough and District Annual Sports awards, read here soon to see how they got on!

16th November 2003 - Results ( Excel Document) from the recently held Ridings Championships are now available. Reports will soon appear for the championships, as well as Badge Award winners, and the final club championship write-up. There have been a number of Badge and Distance sessions recently, and all the details can be found on the badge page.

20th November 2003 - Congratulations go to 19 year old Aaron Yeoman and 12 year old Laurence Mills for winning their respective age categories in the recently held Annual Scarborough and District Sports awards. This is the second time that Aaron has won this award, and the third time for Laurence. The other great news is that Scarborough 6th Form College team, comprising of club swimmers, (Aaron Yeoman, Tom Hargreaves, Alistair Mills, Mark Hepples) won the best senior team category! Medals were awarded by Sheldon Jopling, who narrowly missed out on winning the BBC 'Born to Win' series. Photographs will follow. North Eastern Short course report can be found here. Recent winners of Distance Badges can also be found here. Ridings Championship report to follow soon....promise.

25th November 2003 - The report for the Club championships which appeared in the SEN was somewhat of a disappointment, in so much that the editors decided to leave out many of the Gold medal winners from the report! The Ridings League Championship write-up is now finished. Hopefully, most of this report will accompany a photograph of all medal winners into the SEN. Photo will be taken Wednesday 26th November at 1630 - Indoor Pool. This is a new Message Board facility which everyone can use. Please use it to discuss any swimming topic. It can be found on the main page, but can also be found here. Pictures of the Scarborough & District Presentation night can be found here.

26th November 2003 - Don't forget the Club's AGM on the 5th December, 1930 hrs, held at the McCain's Social Club. Make sure you come and present your thoughts to the outgoing committee - Why not come along and volunteer to join? Your club always needs new blood! Club Championship medals Presentation evening at the Corner Cafe will happen on the 17th December, make sure you get your tickets from Elaine soonest! The photograph scheduled for this evening was cancelled at the last minute, but the SEN will be using one of their 'library' photographs they have of the club to accompany the Ridings champs report.

3rd December 2003 - I've noticed that there are two pages for the club's reports! One called swimgala2003, and the other galareports2003, each containing different reports throughout the year! - Why not take a look? The recently held NECASA Senior & Junior Long Course Championship report is on the first listed page!

Our thoughts and best wishes go to 14 year old Paul Hargreaves, who very recently broke his leg playing football - We all wish you well Paul, and a speedy recovery.

Our nearest and dearest neighbours, the Kingfisher's club, now have a website and can be found at http://www.kingfishers.org.uk/

The website does contain next year's Ridings Division 1 fixtures.
