The front door opens onto a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. The downstairs bedroom is on the right and the large bathroom is also on the right. To the left is the kitchen/diner which leads through an archway to the lounge.

To the right of the front door is the spacious downstairs bathroom. It has a heated towel rail, radiator, bath, basin and toilet.

The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for eight people. There is plenty of lighting to suit your mood and the window over the sink overlooks the garden area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, radio and CD/cassette player.

The spacious lounge is light and airy and overlooks the garden through the french windows. There is a t.v., d.v.d and video player with leather sofas to relax in. There is also a bookcase with some holiday reading, tourist information and games and jigsaws for relaxation.
