This is the reverse side of the projector in the projection room for screen 2 (the screen downstairs which is decorated with red furnishings).

The projection rooms could get rather hot thanks to the immense amount of light and heat generated by the xenon lamps used to project the film image onto the screen.

The film that you can see on this side of the tower is Peter Pan, on the other side is Love Actually. These were the last films played in this screen.

Power Bench. Behind the projector is the power bench which was used for making up the films and trailers.

Desk. Just past the projection tower on the right is the projectionists desk.

Corridor. Turn round and you will be looking along the corridor which leads to the kitchen and the office.
