By leaning out of the projection room window and loooking to the right, you are greeted by this stunning view of the back of Seven Dials.

The sloping tiled section is the roof of the Theatre Royals stage door.

If you look closely you can see the netting which was in place to prevent pigeons entering the light well. A pigeon did get in at one stage and it took about four days to tempt it into a cardboard box containing popcorn as bait.
