I am trying and contact Ex Raf Police Dog Handlers,indeed any Raf Police who were stationed at Abu Sultan,Deversoir Egypt, and other stations in the canal zone indeed anyone who remembers those times, Egypt 1952-53,Hoping everyone who served canal Zone at this time has claimed well overdue GSM with Canal Zone Bar I have claimed and received mine.

Raf Deversoir and Raf Abu Sultan 1952-53 Sergeants Taff Price and Sgt Davis were Dog Sergeants.I took over Dante Sgt Davis's Dog a dog with real problems and difficult to handle believe me, but excellent at job required Taff Price had Chico a boxer dog.

Would also like to make contact with anyone who joined Raf around 13th Feb 1952 at Cardington number(409223?) and then did squarebashing West Kirby Feb 1952(check photo) then on to trade training any trade but especially anyone who went on to Police training at Netherhavon course number 68? could be lower or higher number then completed the Doghandling course we were billited in Hanger 42H all the billet type accomadation in hanger had no roof..
Also any other trades anyone from same squarebashing course at West Kirby signed up to RAF 13th+ February 1952 Cardington then West Kirby.
Also any Guys Police,MT Etc who served Little Sai Wan Hong Kong 1953-1955.

Since last update I have been contacted by Sgt Taff Price's son Emlyn.
Sadly Taff passed away in 1982,he was a great guy and good friend I served with him 1952-1953 Raf Deversoir and Raf Abu sultan canal zone Egypt.
I have published a photo of him on this site.
Taff served for 38 Years becoming a F/Sgt Dogs,not bad for a guy who actually never did a police course,having transfered over to Raf Police dogs from Raf Dogs.
If anyone recognises Taff please send me Email his son would like to hear from any old mates.
