TRAINING:-
Portsmouth Under Eights Forum recently held an Inclusion Conference 'Raising The Issues' (25.10.01) which was a great success.
To follow on from this we are now 'Addressing The Issues' with a selection of training, the need for which was highlighted at the conference and also requested in the conference evaluation sheets. Due to the funding we received we are able to offer the training at a reduced rate which will enable us to offer it to those who could not normally afford it or who would not normally be offered the training, i.e.parents.

So far, P.U.E.F.has provided a very successful training day in PERSONA DOLLS TRAINING. A useful and informative day on how to use the 'Persona Dolls' to enable children to communicate their needs etc. People who attended this training were then able to cascade the training down to others in their workplace.
