Whether it's a parrot, sword, banjo, animal, or a larger cartoon character such as Road Runner or Donald Duck, it's always fun to watch balloon art! Potty even makes complete balloon costumes, including a fantastic pirate outfit! If there's time, Potty will also make a romantic balloon for the bride and groom!
And Squawk the Parrot is sure to have something to say....he may even sing, so long as Potty doesn't join in!
