FITNESS ASSESSMENT. The first step is your individual fitness assessment. This isn't a test, and you are not expected to attain a minimum standard. We simply record your current strength,endurance,cardio-vascular fitness and flexibilty.

SETTING ACHIEVEABLE GOALS. Your initial assessment is the benchmark from where realistic goals can be set, and the record of your improvement can be measured.

ARRANGING A TIMETABLE. In order to maintain a regular fitness regime, a timetable will be arrived at to suit your convenience and fit in with your life, at a location to suit you. This could be your home office or gym.
