Penllwynteg Barn
2002 saw a complete refurbishment of what was the old dairy milking parlour of the farm. The conversion has been undertaken to a very high standard by the best local builders "Lloyd & Gravell". (That should guarantee us a discount for future work!!)
The Barn is set adjoining our house and is available for let throughout the year. It sleeps 4 + cot.
Accommodation
Bedroom 1 on ground floor with king size double.
Bedroom 2 in galleried loft (slightly restricted headroom due to sloping ceilings) twin or 6' double. Loft over looks living room.
Bathroom on ground floor with WC, basin and large shower area (wheel chair accessible)
Compact kitchen area which can be closed off from living room with double doors. Gas oven and hob, fridge and ice compartment.
Lounge: High 'cathedral' ceiling with exposed beams and gallery bedroom overlooking; seating for five with exposed stone wall.
Dining room: Lovely conservatory type room, fully double-glazed, table and four chairs and door to patio.
Heating: Oil-fired under-floor heating with thermostats. Included in price.
Garden/Play space: Private spaces as well as access to agreed parts of our garden (4 acres); garden furniture and barbecue.
