• An introduction to instruments of the medieval and renaissance periods
• A reading of an extract of the original Chaucer poem
• A reading of a modern translation of the story of Chanticleer
• Children learn to sing & play music from the medieval and renaissance periods to accompany a reading of the story. They may bring their own instruments but instruments will be provided for those who do not have one of their own.
• A performance for parents and friends
