KOBUDO

Kobudo is the study of traditional weapons such as the Tonfa, Sai, Nunchaku, Bo Staff, sword ect.
A comprehensive system under the World Ju-Jitsu Kobudo Organisation takes a student from novice to intermediate level and advanced level.
You will learn the basics of each weapon, how to manipulate it, use it for attacking and defensive moves. You will be graded by an independent WJJKO grading officer in four different weapons for example Tonfa, Sai, Nunchaku, and Bo staff, then you will take the coveted Black Belt. You will then have the opportunity to do the same with the remaining weapons.

In the interest of health and safety some weapons are substituted for rubber or wooded alternatives for safer practice.

Tonfa:-are a pair of flattened batons with peg type handle projecting near one end.
The Nunchaku or the rice flail:-has two batons the same size and weight attached by cord or chain
