This is the home of, possibly, the worst Cricket team in the country.
Until 2003 we played in the Birmingham Parks League and have consistently held up the other teams, coming bottom every year in recent memory. We voted to leave the league at the end of 2003 and played only friendlies last year. Click on the contact below if you would like to play us, home or away, or can help in organising a fixture.
This Site will, hopefully, have news, results and other miscellany: anything to do with Minstrel, Minstrels and/or their interests.
Oh, by the way,'conluvies' in the logo actually means 'sewers' but that was the nearest we could get in Latin to 'scum' - and let's be honest, 'sewers' isn't too bad a description of the Minstrels - is it?

A couple of quotes from the Wonderful Henry Blofeld

"Radio 4 listeners: you are back after the most exciting shipping forecast there's ever been"

"A huge seagull flies over our heads and away; is that another helicopter? (disappointed) no I think its an aeroplane" (HB, R4, Eng-Ind 5day, 26jul02)
