The Shire: The Shire is a green and pleasant land, home to The Hobbits, where the journey of both Bilbo Baggins in the Hobbit and Frodo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings, begins.Rivendell: The beautiful Elf home of Lord Elrond, a haven to the travellers in LOTR, and the meeting place for the Council of Elrond where the Fellowship is formed.

Moria: The great Dwarf kingdom of Khazad Dum, which became a tomb after the Dwarves dug too deep and released a Balrog. The Fellowship travelled through Moria on their journey, and Gandalf fought the Balrog.Lothlorien: A mystical, magical place, home to Galadriel, one of the eldest and wisest Elves in middle-earth. The Fellowship are blind-folded and led into Lothlorien, where Frodo looks into the Mirror of Galadriel.

Gondor: For centuries the people of Gondor fought against the Evil forces of Mordor. After a prophetic dream that he shared with his brother Faramir; Boromir, Lord of Gondor, made his way to Rivendell and joined the Fellowship of the Ring.Mordor: The Land of Shadow - Home to the Dark Lord Sauron in his fortress of Barad-dur. Sauron created the One Ring in the fires of Mount Doom.
