GETTING THERE: Malcesine is within an hour’s drive of two airports, Brescia and Verona. Ryanair flies to Brescia from Stansted Airport. British Airways flies to Verona. Venice (Marco Polo airport) is 2 1/2 hours, Bergamo, 2 1/2 hours and Milan Linate, 3 hours, Milan Malpensa 3 1/2 hours. Hiring a car at the airport is a good idea. Otherwise there are buses from Verona railway station but there are frequent stops so they are therefore slow, approx 2 1/2 hours. We can arrange transfers by taxi from Verona or Brescia to Malcesine. Rates available on request.
