1. Cancellations (all of which should be in writing) may be made up to 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday, in which case only the deposit of £50 will be forfeited.
2. If cancellation is made by the guest after this time then the whole balance remains due although we will attempt to relet. If successful then any rental received will be credited to you (less an administration charge of £25 for each week or part week booked)
Failure to relet will mean that the full rental (or the balance) must be paid.
3. Guests are recommended to take out a Holiday Cancellation policy. (Please ring if you would like a proposal form)
4. Guests are asked to take reasonable and proper care of the property and the contents and to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
5. The property will be available from 1.00 pm on the Saturday of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10.30 on the Saturday of departure.
6. Please phone prior to your holiday if you expect to arrive later than 6.00 p.m
