I offer a full Personal Training service. I generally train people either at home or in my/their local park. I design a programme to suit your needs. This may be a fat loss programme, muscle gain and/or strength etc.
In addition to this I will write out training programmes for my clients to use when they are at the gym. I am happy train with them to ensure that the correct technique is used.
My clients can see me either very regularlly (2-3 x a week) or not so regularlly (1x month) depending or their requirements.
