| Gentlemen, | ||
| I have received from you some pamphlets as to the value of your "Native Herbs". I think myself | ||
| the compound looks a very good one and I don't mind taking up an agency for you, providing | ||
| you let me have a good district, our own little village would scarcely be worth troubling with as | ||
| there are not over 120 houses in it. | ||
| If you have not appointed any agents in the following places I don't mind being your sole agent | ||
| for the following district i.e: | ||
| Burton, Normanby, Thealby, Alkbrough, Whitton, West Halton, Coleby, Flixborough, these all | ||
| come in a circle of about three miles. I would also take Winteringham, Winterton & Scunthorpe if | ||
| you have not appointed anyone, the last 3 named places are 5, 4 & 7 miles here respectively. | ||
| All the above would be a nice little district only one place being more than 5 miles away. | ||
| Kindly let me know all particulars by return also would you send one box for myself then you can | ||
| take one out of the order when I write you again. | ||
| Awaiting your reply | ||
| I remain yours truly | ||
