The recruitment process is difficult enough for most firms but particularly for Solicitors who have a lot of demands on their time and very specific requirements from their accounting staff.
We know from what our clients have been telling us that many recruitment consultants simply supply a list of CVs hoping that some will stand out. They are not attentive to the needs of the client.
We test the knowledge of each candidate on their understanding and application of the rules. Tests are graded to three levels therefore different grades of paper can be used depending on the position to be filled.
