Lanescot House is an old mine captains cottage set in a quiet rural location near St.Austel Cornwall. The eden project is just seven minutes away Heligan gardens, the historic ports of Fowey and Charlestown are less than 15mins away and being cenrally located in cornwall you are no more than 15miles away from a sunny beach in any direction. The accommodation is primarily bed and breakfast but as it is self contained with own kitchen could be used for a self catering holiday. There is one small double bed room with own television and one twim room with own sink, television and private south facing sunny balcony. Bathroom is shared and comprises of loo, sink amd bath with integrall shower, all accommodation is to a high standard. The car park is plenty big enough to bring a sailing dinghie for the numerous regattas during the summmer. There are plenty of good pubs and resturants with in a five mile radius. Prices are £25 per night per person
