Associates employed by Lancashire Paralegal Associates Limited are trained to at least Associate Level of Competence having satisfied The National Association of Paralegals as to their satisfying the eligibility requirements and all other respects their suitability to be admitted to the Association as a member and whose certificate of Membership is current.

No member of Lancashire Paralegal Associates Limited is permitted to hold themself out to be a Solicitor or Barrister or any other form of legal representative other than that of a PARALEGAL.

We are not governed by the rules of The Law Society. However, we at all times attempt to abide by the Society's rules and codes of practice.

FEES

We cannot state exactly how much our fees are likely to be in any given case. However, we can make this promise, that in the majority of cases our fees are lower than those of a traditional solicitor, but our service is not.
