We offer an out of doors clerking service to solicitors, including statement taking, accompanying clients to court offices etc. We also offer a legal research facility, this includes the supplying of lines of cases. We do sometimes undertake work at short notice, however, this depends upon our case load at the time of your enquiry.
Our fees are very competitive starting from as little as £9.75 per hour. All fees are variable and we will quote fees on an individual contract basis. Fees are currently free from VAT charges.We often have clients who require the services of a specialist solicitor and thanks to the recent approval of 'fees for referrals' rules made by Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers in March 2004 our list of specialist solicitors is expanding.
