At The Body Shop I designed, built & installed an Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) system. After a year looking for an off-the-shelf system, I persuaded the company to build a bespoke system. Seven months later, I oversaw the installation in a number of stores. The system provided the store managers with all the financial reports required.
