THE IMAGINE HOSPITALITY PROGRAMME

      Following some very successful training work at the Savoy, we are now offering a new version of our main motivational programme: the IMAGINE Hospitality Programme. Here the purpose is to provide a training programme that will inspire and stimulate your staff to become more effective, and more loyal, whilst in your hotel or other hospitality organisation.

      The IMAGINE Hospitality Programme will be designed around your precise staff training needs and will be an essential adjunct to any business or corporate training scheme, especially where low staff morale or disillusionment is an issue.

      • Identifying what is important to us, understanding what drives us – and what we want from our life and career.
      • How goal-setting can help us to achieve better results.
      • How to set goals and how to achieve them – action planning.
      • Doing what it takes to achieve our goals, what stops us from so doing, and how to overcome these barriers.
      • How to persist until we achieve our goals.
