In 1997 I graduated from the Open University with BSc(hons)... this included some child development courses. In 2001 I completed my SVQIII in Early Years: Care and Education, this along with an Aids module completed the requirements to register with the Scottish Child Care and Education Board. I have a Child Carers First Aid qualification which I renew every three years. Currently I am working towards my Childcare Practitioner Certificate with the Open University and I am training to be a Childminding Tutor. Crieff Childminders Group runs a drop in twice a week where minded children and childminders can meet and play together ... I use this facility regularly. The services I offer are: before and after school care, holiday care, overnight care, day care for under fives, respite care and care for children with special needs.
