The Tomb of Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick, in St Mary's Church, Warwick.
Beside his head is a swan. The top of the swan's head, and its beak, pointing to the left, can just be seen in the foreground of this picture.
The swan is part of the Beauchamp crest, and is an allusion to the Story of Lohengrin.
