Old Falcon Inn at Bidford-on-Avon The rear of the 16th Century Falcon Inn. The appearance of this building is similar to the Shakespeare properties in Stratford.

The Falcon Inn at Bidford is said to have been frequented by Shakespeare. There is a rhyme which includes the phrase "drunken Bidford", which is commonly associated with Shakespeare, though the rhyme first appears in The Gentleman's Magazine, 1749, and does not occur in any of Shakespeare's writings. There are four other old inns in Bidford too.
