Provisional bookings are held for 14 days during which time you can study the information and send us your deposit,which will be acknowledged in writing.
Bookings should be made by post, although provincial bookings and those for our regular travellers can be phoned through to the booking office at 44 (0)2392 798751

DEPOSITS
A 20% deposit is due two months before the tour departure date,or if the booking is less than one month before the tour departure date,payment is required in full.
Deposits may be forfeit if a client cancels their booking for any reason.
Deposits are returned in full in the event of a tour cancellation by the organisers.
Balances are due upon receipt of the final account,1 calender month before departure.
