The 2003 Tour |
Once again the Valley had an enjoyable tour down to Devon. Having played 4, lost 4, but with some good weather and plenty booze, as usual . We played Brixham, Plympton, Aspenden and Paignton Our thanks go to all those clubs who made us most welcome all week. You can always count on one person in particular to set themselves up for a bit of posing in front of the cameras, yes, that's right.....Yelly. Take a look at the photo attached and if you think it looks familiar, that's because he posed in a similar way on last year's tour (See Monthly Player profile for September 2002).

End of Season Bash |
The Valley always have a night out on the last Saturday of the league season and this year was no exception. The meal was at the Failand Inn, where the good food was booze was enjoyed by those who attended.

The French Connection |
There is a trip organised for a
weekend to St. Malo in Northern France, sailing from Portsmouth on the 18th October.
This has been
delayed to a date TBD in 2003.
