Golborne Girls Football Club has been established
since February 2003 so we are a new girls club in Golborne, Warrington.
We have 32 girls on our records and range from 8 years
old to 14 years old. The teams are broken down into ages as for
instance girls 8-10 year olds are in the U10s and 10-12 are in the
U12s and 12 -14 are in the U14s.
We train every Tuesday
and Thursday evening 7pm till 8pm in Golborne and play our league matches
on Sundays from September to April. out of season we play friendlies
with local teams
We have just joined the
Lancashire Football Association for the girls league and this will
allow us to play teams like Everton, United, Preston Nothend, Bolton
Wanders and as far as Blackpool
