John Johnson.Son of George and Elizabeth Johnson of Bedworth, Warwickshire. (My great-great-grandparents).
Private 201959, 1st/5th Battalion Royal Warwickshire Regiment,who fell in a raid near Coda, SW of Asiago, and died on Monday 9th September 1918, aged 21. He is remembered on the Giavera Memorial in Italy.
He is also listed as being killed in action in France/Flanders, on the same day! This information is incorrect, because it lists John as being in the 1st Battalion, not the 1st/5th, who, I understand, were Territorials.
