 A booking form must be completed for all bookings.
 All correspondence will be sent to the first named person on the booking form.
 Only people named on the booking form may stay at the Villa.
 A non- refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with the completed booking form.
 A provisional booking will be held for 10 day. A completed booking form and the appropriate deposit must be received before a booking is confirmed.
 The full balance becomes due 8 weeks before start of rental.
 Bookings made within 8 weeks of rental must be paid in full at time of booking.
 A security deposit of £150 is payable. This will be returned once confirmation that the Villa has been left in a satisfactory condition has been received from our representative. Any damages will be deducted.
 The rental period is from 4pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure (local time)
 Directions to the Villa and Key details will be sent once full payment has been received.
 The owners are not responsible for loss, damage or injury to guests or their property while staying in the Villa. You should take out the appropriate travel insurance.
 Should it become necessary for the owners to cancel a confirmed booking at any time, a full refund will be given in respect of any rental charge paid. No other compensation will be given.
