DAWN is a new group based in Whitburn, West Lothian that aims to promote British Sign Language (BSL) and enable members of both the Deaf and hearing communities to learn BSL and Deaf Awareness. DAWN extends a warm invitation to hearing people with no contact with the Deaf Community as well as Deaf ,Deafened and hard-of-hearing people of all ages.
