XMAS CONTEST 2006
Thank you to all the parents for making this one of the best contest we've ever run. Why so special? The support and looks on the childrens faces will stay with me for a very long time.
A BIG thank you to Louise and Tony for organising the whole event. I played my usual part which was just doing what i love to do and that is walking around having fun with the youngsters and watching their faces when they actually throw someone for the 1st time without any coaches helping them!
I will save all the details for the new year on our new web site www.bexleyjudokwai.org.uk but i need to thank two special girls who i've taught for over ten years and today they presented me with a beautiful 'Thank you' award that i tried to play down by joking but to be honest i was trying not to get upset infront of them!
I am very proud to be part of there lives from 8 to 18 and i intend to keep my promise of being there for them until they get fed up and tell me to go away ha ha!
