Command Pest Control was formed in 1986 by myself with an objective to provide high levels of service to commercial, agricultural and domestic customers. From our purpose built base situated near Lavenham in Suffolk, we have a network of trained technicians covering East Anglia and beyond. As we continue to build the business we do not lose sight of our original ideals, high quality service from committed staff, a professional company image and realistic prices. Being an independent company enables us to research all related services and materials available, enabling us to adapt quickly to our customers requirements.

We have the responsibility of sales coordination from the new customer through to the technician. Most importantly we maintain one to one relationships with existing customers. Command prides itself on ensuring that customers are content with their service received whilst ensuring that information is always available for whatever demand.

Whatever the problem, our fully trained service technicians are close at hand to help.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL has become a motto within all areas of the company, including documentation for relevant Assurance Schemes to training of personnel. 

Finally, affordability of all our services for both the customer and the company is yet one further consideration in being able to achieve “quality without compromise”.
