My apartment is in the popular Santa Maria hotel complex in the Torviscas area of Playa de Las Americas.  The hotel has an official rating of 3 keys and is very popular with tourists because of its excellent location, a 2-3 minute walk will take you down to the beach and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the aquapark. 

The complex boasts a large pool with kids section, free sunbeds, poolside bar cafeteria, shop, restaurant, lounge bar, TV lounge, laundry, games room, tennis, table tennis, pool tables, 24 hour reception and entertainment most evenings.  Pubs, restaurants and various shops are located in close proximity.
