| Well both religion and man are to blame for evil acts committed in the name of a god or a religion. | ||||||||
| Like I said earlier " If the teachings of a religion can give a person the justification to cause hate, persecution, murder, racism and even segregation then religion is also to blame." | ||||||||
| Let's take a quick look at Nazism the followers of Hitler were in fact following a form of religion. People in the masses followed the orders of an evil man. This man caused the persecution and murder of Jews. | ||||||||
| The German people had a Christian based belief system but they still voted Hitler into power and Christians also murdered for Hitler. Many did this because they believed in what Hitler was saying! The ones that did not believe, either fled the country or kept quite in fear of being murdered or they went along with the populous etc, even though they did not agree with what Hitler was doing. | ||||||||
