Jesus Christ told his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20).
They set out to do this, and set up churches of God in many places. Their purpose and operation are described in the Bible.
The church of God in Wembley attempts to follow the same pattern as the churches of God in the Bible. These churches were linked together into a fellowship.
