TERMS OF BUISNESS

· Please give as much notice as possible if your child is ill or cannot attend

· I cannot release your child to anyone other than you or a person named by you that I have seen.

· I expect full pay for non attendance half pay retainer if your child is on holiday and no pay when I will be away I expect plenty of notice for holidays and I also will give you plenty of notice of my holidays.

· I hope to be able to take your child on daytrips occasionally for this I will require your written permission.

· If your child is on formula milk I expect bottles to be provided readymade once your child has finished formula milk I will provide a healthy diet as practicable.

· Please tell me your Childs likes and dislikes (foods, drinks etc.).

· Please let me know if your child has a regular sleep and if they have any soothers or blankets.

· Please bring a change of clothes for your child in case of any accidents.

· Please ensure if your child wears nappies that you bring a good supply.

· I will care for child and keep them safe at all times to the best of my abilities.
