Only 15 minutes away is an impressive shopping centre comprising the Eroski Hypermarket and many restaurants, pizza houses and fast food outlets.
Another 5 minutes will take you to the resort of Torre del Mar offering beautiful beaches, a long promenade and a range of restaurants and entertainment, including aqua-parks, to suit all tastes. There is also open-air market on Thursdays.
The historic Moorish/Spanish town of Velez Malaga is 15 minutes drive away and has an interesting range of historic buildings, together with many shops offering a wide variety of merchandise.
Most major banks are situated in both Torre del Mar and Velez Malaga.
