         Cae Llwyd Campsite - Introduction  

Cae Llwyd Campsite is Llangollen district's campsite. The name Cae Llwyd comes from the reservoir that the site is situated next to. Cae Llwyd Campsite has a long and established history as a camp site and as a ideal venue for water sports.

          Location

 Cae Llwyd is in an ideal location. It's position allows access and provides shelter from weather.

        Facilities

Facilities on site at Cae Llwyd include:
Toilet Waste Disposal, 
Washing Facilities (reservoir),
Water Supply,
Car Park,
Campfire,
Pioneering Poles,
Water sports lake, 

And Masses of camping space!

         Activities

There is room for most activities on site. It is possible for archery can be arranged at a small cost. All non motorised water activites are allowed, subject to a small charge

Off site, there is the whole mountain to explore! Climbing at nearby Trevor rocks and World's end is popular. The site is near to both Wrexham, and the City of Chester.

          Pricing/Booking

Pricing: Standard Camping Fees; 75p per person per night, £1 per boat per day. For those within Llangollen District fees are as follows; 50p per person per night, 75p per boat per day
