Booking Procedure

Please call or email to check date availability.

If date is available we can either visit you or send you some sample work to view.  There is no obligation or hard sales tactics.

If you like what you see then a booking can be made and secured with a £50.00 booking fee.  At this stage we do like to visit the bride & groom to get to know them and take their wedding plans.  We will also leave a form for you to complete with your wedding details (times, video title spellings, choices of music etc).

2 to 4 weeks before the wedding we will visit again to check final details and collect your completed form, photographs for the beginning of video and your choices of music.

Afterwards

Once the day’s videoing is over it will take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete.  During this time the video footage will be sorted and transferred to computer.  The next stage will be to edit the whole project which includes adding titles, music and photographs.  Once this has been finished DVD & VHS cases can be produced. Finally your four finished DVD or VHS copies can be made.  On average the above process can take between 20 to 30 hours.  Once your videos or DVD’s are completed they will be between 2 to 3 hours long.

Small Print

To secure a booking date Bunce Video will require a booking fee of £50.00 which is non refundable in the event of cancellation.  The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.  Bunce Video will hold a provisional booking for two weeks if a booking fee is not received within this time then the booking will be cancelled.

The final balance is payable on receipt of the completed video which is usually 2 to 4 weeks after your wedding dependant upon work load.  The video's will not be available until full payment is received.

Obviously Bunce Video will aim to get all shots possible but for whatever reason cannot be held responsible for missed shots.
