Turn up to the car driving a Sky Blue Honda Accord. Kelvin Deamer:
Go to the golf cart (location of the golf cart is in the Secret Car Locations Link on the home page) get in it then press Up, Down, Triangle, Down, Triangle, Left, Right, Circle, to be transformed into a character called Kelvin Deamer
