Both members of the act are experienced and trained musicians.
"Elwood" had many years training as a classical guitarist before taking over the school that he learned with at the age of 20,and also plays electric guitar,bass and harmonica.Leaving the teaching days behind him, he now concentrates on the Blues Brothers show.
"Jake" is also a highly trained musician, and started playing drums professionally at the age of 12 !!!!. He went on to work in many countries as a drummer and backed many of the stars of the time including Larry Grayson & Gary Wilmot .He has also had experience as a teacher and has also left all that behind him to concentrate on the Blues Brothers!
The Belooshie Blues Brothers have built a reputation as one of the U.K.s top Blues Brothers tribute acts.They are professional all round entertainers with over 35 years experience between them.

Many venues now require that entertainers have Public Liability Insurance and P.A.T electrical safety certificates.
Unfortunately there are far too many entertainers (both pro and semi pro)that do not take these matters seriously and do not have these important measures in place. It is vitally important to ask any entertainers if they have both insurance and P.A.T certificates before booking them. They are for yours and the publics safety and well being and every responsible entertainer should have them.
The Belooshie Blues Brothers have £5million public liabilty insurance and also P.A.T tested equipment, they also have a lot of experience of health and safety issues so that you can be sure of a professional attitude in every aspect of their work.
