Member Counties

Each county branch has its own committee and is represented on the regional committee by its County Chairman.
Each county has a Secretary, Treasurer and its own officers responsible for Access & Rights of Way, Membership,
Press Relations, Road Safety, Training & Education and Welfare. The regional officers represent their county officers
on the regional committee and link with the headquarters departments of the Society. All regional and county committee
members are volunteers recruited from the membership and receive no remuneration. The Regional Development Officer
is a member of the BHSs staff.
